Happy 5th Birthday Emery Quinn!!!

Emery is the BIG 5 today......Jason and I have both been super emotional about this one.  Our first born is growing up before our eyes.  It's really hard to believe he is 5 years old, 5, wow!  Emery has the best qualities.....great sense of humor, so sweet, caring big brother, a smart student, super intelligent, very sensitive, and the list could go on and on.  He loves his friends, is shy around large crowds & doesn't care to be the center of attention (at least not the focus).  Our big boy is starting kindergarten in the fall.....his last day of preschool is tomorrow, tomorrow, ughh.....sad :-(


He had a fun day....started with pancakes made with love from his daddy....then a HUGE surprise gift in the garage :-)

 I love how much he cherishes his baby sister, it melts my heart everyday!

 

 

We made cupcakes together.....Emery decorated each one with sprinkles.  He will get to enjoy more tomorrow with his preschool friends :-)

Mother's Day

 

Emery & Owen came home with these fun gifts for me from preschool.....they were SO excited to give them to me and I was equally excited and happy to receive them!

This shot below was taken before we went to church.....lots of bribery went into this one.....poor Emery was having a hard time, so lots of tears but he pulled it together for one pic!

 

I will always cherish this morning....the 3 boys crawled into bed with me and gave me cards.....they had picked out a musical card with daddy that played the song "Celebrate", they were so cute, all dancing in bed on top of me.  Big kisses and hugs......nothing fancy, but it made my day!  I sure love being their mommy.  I still can't believe I am a mother of FOUR!!!! 

Boating with friends is always fun!

We have been boating twice with friends.....the weather is starting to warm up and we are taking advantage of it!!!

This is Jake after he dove into the water on accident....let's just say he was a little scared :-(  thanks goodness for life jackets and a daddy that was standing right next to him when it happend!

I don't where the time goes....I feel like I can't keep up on this blog anymore, which is totally frustrating for me because we print the blog into books each year and lets just say we are a little behind!

Here's what we have been up to this month so far!

The weather has decided to warm up and the boys can't get enough of playing outside!

 

Running through the sprinklers is a favorite!

This baby girl is growing like a weed.....SLOW down Ellie!

 

She likes tummy time in her crib.....it's the safest place to be when you have 3 crazy older brothers!!!!
