Hot tub

We are all sick here at the Huszar house today but you wouldn't know it by these 2 boys.  They took a dip in the hot tub with their daddy and had a great time.  I feel awful and have for a few days now.....but was able to muster up the energy to take a few pics!

This is a cute video of Emery playing with Owen, he kept saying "bonk" and Owen would crack up!

Owen is 16 months!

Owen was 16 months old on Sunday, January 23.  Here are some fun facts about him:

• He is really funny....he has the best sense of humor.....he loves to tease.
• He loves to play hide and seek and you can always find him hiding behind his blanket.
• He has a huge heart and gets his feelings hurt easily, especially by his big brother.
• He is walking everywhere....and still scoots on his bum :-)
• He is an awesome napper, still takes a morning nap and afternoon nap which usually lasts about 2-3 hours.
• He eats anything :-)
• No more bottles.....he has made the transition to sippy cups only!
• No major words yet...but he will say go and "choo-choo" for train, which is really cute.

He loves to play with the phone :-)

I just love his sweet personality and infectious smile, he makes me one happy mommy!

Surprise!

My friends surprised me with a baby celebration (NOT a baby shower :-)  last night.....we had plans to go to dinner and when I arrived there were balloons, presents, my mom, nana and my close friends.  It was a great surprise really, I was not expecting it at all!  Baby Boy #3 received some nice gifts.  I feel truly blessed to have such great friends in my life....I love you girls!

Braving the cold with Emery

Some pics of Emery and the doggies this morning......I have to make myself brave the cold with him when Owen is taking his morning nap.  He LOVES being outside and I know how important the outdoor stimulation is for him, but man it's cold!  He had gloves on but insisted they come off.

I just LOVE these 2 boys......they bring me soooo much joy!  We have our difficult days but who doesn't right?  Their smiles are infectious and I love them to pieces!

Owen started giving kisses a few days ago.....it is the sweetest thing EVER!  We love getting big SLOPPY and WET kisses from this boy!

This was pretty funny....sometimes he can be very stingy with the kisses and he would not give Jason one :-)

Happy Sunday

It's Sunday and Jason captured this beautiful sunrise this morning.  We feel like we are living in a different world from downtown Boise.....we have so much snow and there is nothing in town.  

Emery and I after we got back from.... well lets just say an eventful attempt at church today.  We didn't get to stay very long!

 Owen is always into something these days!  Our loft has become quite the play area for the boys and Owen has discovered that crawling into drawers is really fun!

He loves to play the keyboard too :-)

25 weeks!

I am 25 weeks!  I really can't believe how fast this pregnancy is going.  I think it is because I don't have time to really focus on it and pay attention to the weeks :-)  I feel HUGE and get comments all the time about how I must be getting close, then I have to explain that I have 3 months to go!!!

I am really trying to take in every moment of this pregnancy since this will most likely be our last.  Every movement is amazing!  I know there are people out there that really dislike being pregnant but I am not one of them (at least until I am about 8 1/2
months :-)  But I have really been fortunate to have good pregnancies and I feel great. 

OWEN IS WALKING!!!! It's official!

Tonight after dinner, it clicked for Owen, he started walking all over the living room.  It is so exciting to see him discover this new skill!  He has been taking steps here and there for a while but finally it all came together!

Here is a short video clip right before his bath tonight.....don't mind the titanic music in the background, we have a keyboard that plays preset music and Emery loves to play this song.

Happy New Year, it's 2011!

Happy 2011!  The boys are playing so much together these days and Owen has discovered that he likes getting into his BIG brother's bed.

Last night, January 3, 2011, Owen took 11 steps towards me :-)  He is still very much afraid but he's getting there, go Owen!!!!
