We SOLD our house.....it closed this past Friday!!!! We are renting back for a year and are planning to build on a 2 acre lot we purchased in the valley below. We will about 15 minutes closer to town and will have SO much less maintenance and will be on flat land :-) It is really bittersweet for us......we really love our home and love our property but life changes and with 4 little kids we need to simplify!!
It is a bit surreal and kind of sad, we have SO many wonderful memories in our home, but it's time to move on and
we are pretty excited to build again :-)
We will never duplicate the amazing views from this home, but we think our new lot is pretty special.
