Emery's open house at Preschool

Emery had his open house at his new preschool yesterday up in Idaho City.  The preschool is part of the elementary school.  He will be going on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15-3:00......it's a long day but I am sure he will thrive.  It is very structured complete with a hot breakfast, PE, library time, singing, classroom time (lots of kindergarten prep) and play time.  The plan is for him to ride the school bus.....yes, the bus with the big kids, and this makes his mommy a bit nervous, but it's practical and I am sure once he gets used to it, he will love it!  He got to meet his new teachers and some new friends and 4 of the kids will be on the same bus so that will help and 2 of them are cute girls, Ella and Kendall so that will really help :-)

 

I think Jake wants to go too :-)
