Owen's 1st bath

Owen finally had his first bath last night. He really seemed to enjoy it, he slept for 4 1/2 hours after.

Owen is 2 weeks old!!!

Owen turned 2 weeks old yesterday. I can't believe he has been here for 2 weeks already. I have survived, yeah!!!! The sleep deprivation is the worst part but it is only temporary and hopefully he will be a good sleeper one day! Owen is a great baby, he only cries for the obvious reasons, hunger, tiredness, wet diaper or he needs to burp! On Monday he weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces (Emery's birthweight), so he is gaining weight nicely (about 2 ounces a day) which is awesome!

"Owey"

Emery says his brother's name "Owey" all of the time and we finally got it on video (too cute).

So when Emery was born everyone thought that Emery & Jason were identical but it turns out that Emery is looking like me and Owen looks like Jason all of the way with his blonde hair and blue eyes!

My mom is here today to help out and we took the opportunity to get some shots of Owen & Emery together. Emery has been great with Owen for the most part, he is a little rough at times. Emery has been repeating the name "Owey" after us, it is really cute and so clear.
