HAPPY EASTER!!!!

Happy Easter!!! We had a great day; went to church and then had our good friends over for Easter dinner. It was a beautiful day. One of those days that reminds us of how much we have to be grateful for in our life. Great friends, weather, food, our health, our beautiful family and the blessings from our Savior.

Our day at the zoo

This afternoon Emery and I met some friends at the zoo. This was Emery's first trip to the zoo. He seemed to enjoy himself. It was a beautiful sunny day of 75 degrees!!

Below is Emery checking out the giraffes

This is Emery looking at the lions (they were pretty cool)

Daddy stopped by after work and showed Emery the monkeys

We found a cool jeep in the Africa exhibit & Emery wanted to steer

Who knew pizza dough could be so funny!

This video was taken tonight when Jason was making pizza dough for our homemade pizza dinner. Jason was throwing the dough in the air and Emery thought it was hilarious!

Don't forget to turn off/pause the blog music :)

Just because

Today when I was at work daddy decided to spike Emery's hair into a mohawk! So when I got home, we decided to take a couple of pics. Notice Emery's rosy cheeks & my growing belly (already)!

This was taken last night right before he went to bed. He holds his bottle with his feet too!!!

What happend?

Okay, so I just had to document this information about Mr. Emery. He has been such a good eater with his baby food. He ate every kind of fruit and vegetable and then he turned 10 months old on Sunday. All of the sudden, he won't eat baby food at all!!!! He only wants to eat what Jason and I are eating. Jason says "can you blame him?", we watched an episode of Scrubs once that had a baby shower and referred to the baby food smell as "cab driver feet"!!!! Jason finds the smell nauseating and we just laugh. So, there goes my whole routine. Now I am trying to figure out what to feed him. Just when you get a good routine down, it changes, right? This first time mommy is just trying to figure all of this out!!! I can only hope that he doesn't become picky eaters like his parents :)
